Current CEO Adam Salviani is a former writer who now has five years of experience in the publishing industry. He has experienced the publishing industry from both sides—as a writer and as the leader of a publishing company—so he is well acquainted with the challenges that are faced by all parties involved.

Raider Publishing International is not just another publishing firm. It is a firm that is dedicated to helping clients to accomplish their ends. Adam Salviani himself has a successful book which he promoted in seven countries on two continents—but he was forced to pay for the travel expenses out of his own pocket.
